Designed and manufactured in the UK, Residence 9 windows are built with British architecture in mind and can be bespoke to a wide range of properties from stately homes to Georgian and Victorian homes, and even new builds. With 16 colours to choose from, whether that’s Cotswold Green, Clotted Cream, Rosewood or Eclectic Grey, there is the added option of dual colours to ensure you match both the interior and exterior of your home. The accessorising doesn’t stop there as a traditional ‘drip bar’ can be added as an option which not only looks aesthetically pleasing, it also adds strength for larger windows. One of its most attractive features is that they are made with virtually maintenance free materials which means they won’t warp, swell, flake or need sanding and painting. Just a simple wipe down and they’ll look as good as new.

Despite their traditional look, you can trust its contemporary specifications. Compared to older windows, they don’t distort in wet weather and offer an improved thermal insulation solution. Made from the latest composite material and hand-finished by skilled craftsmen, each window is energy efficient and carefully recreated to preserve the character of the property they’re being fitted in. Choose from their 28mm double glazing or 44mm triple glazing, both of which have market-leading thermal and acoustic performance. As a result, Residence 9 windows have achieved one of the highest classification in weather tests due to its robust design. The window has 9 chambers and is 100mm wide which delivers superior thermal, acoustic, strength and security performance. A+ energy rating and U-Values of 0.8 with triple glazing and 1.2 value with double glazing which surpasses the British Building Regulation requirements which contribute to lower energy bills, keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
